Browsing the site, sending an enquiry or booking an introductory call does not commit you to purchasing a service. We use the first conversation to understand your needs and assess whether there is a suitable next step. Booking availability is managed through Cal.com.
Projects, fractional support and training
Descriptions on this site explain possible formats and example deliverables. Scope, fees, dates, responsibilities, confidentiality, intellectual property and any support commitments are agreed separately in writing before work begins. A signed agreement governs the engagement. Examples, indicative timelines and case studies are not a guarantee of the same result for another organisation.

Downloaded materials or software may carry their own licence; where supplied, that licence governs their use.
